Delivery Timescales
To receive your order in time for Christmas (by the 20th of December), please see the below guide on the latest date to place your orders. (Estimated product delivery timescale is shown on the product page, checkout & confirmation email).
❆ 3 working day product delivery - place order by 12PM 16th of December.
❆ 5 working day product delivery - place order by 12PM 12th of December.
❆ 7 working day product delivery - place order by 12PM 10th of December.
❆ 10 working day product delivery - place order by 12PM 5th of December.
❆ 14 working day product delivery - place order by 12PM 29th of November.
Normal dispatch timeframes should return from the 6th of January 2025. (A small number of products on 3 working-day delivery lead time may still arrive by Christmas if placed between the 17th and 20th of December, but this is in no way a guarantee).
Delivery timescales are estimates and courier delays during the Festive period are likely and out of our control. We strongly advise placing your orders as soon as possible to avoid potential delays and to allow time to sort out any queries and issues you may have.
Deliveries are scheduled during working days, Monday-Friday. Some couriers may deliver on the weekends, nominated dates cannot be requested with us before or after order placement (some couriers may let you nominate a delivery date directly with them on their website).
Return Policy and T&Cs
All placed orders are accepted/declined at our discretion and are subject to stock availability. Our standard Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions apply during the festive period. We do not offer extended returns.
To return your item/s, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to raise a return request. Change of mind returns are to be arranged and paid for by the customer. We will get back to you during working hours once we have supplier return authorisation and information on how to return your order.
Damages/faults/missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We advise all orders are checked upon receipt as late claims may be rejected. Contact us at [email protected] along with your order number, supporting images/videos of damages/faults and part numbers if applicable. The more information you initially provide, the quicker we can provide a resolution.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed. If you want to add more to your order, please place another order on the website. If you have changed your mind, please follow our Returns Policy.
Customer Service
We are here to help you Monday - Friday between 9AM - 5PM. Our usual response time is within 1-3 working days, during busy periods this may increase to 5 working days.
We advise getting in touch as soon as possible to allow a sufficient amount of time to resolve your query, by placing your Christmas orders within reasonable timeframes following our guide above we should be able to assist before Christmas.

Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th - Closed.
Friday 27th of December - 10AM - 2PM (general enquiries).
Monday 30th of December - 10AM - 2PM (general enquiries).
Tuesday 31st of December - 10AM - 2PM (general enquiries).
Wednesday 1st of January - Closed.
Thursday 2nd of January - Closed.
Friday 3rd of January - 9AM - 5PM (normal service resumes).
