The intelligently designed interior features a large basket that captures food waste as it enters, allowing water to pass through numerous small holes while the oil rises to the surface.

The grease trap’s interior is thoughtfully partitioned by a baffle, creating two distinct sections to maximise grease separation. Water effortlessly transfers over the 2cm clearance below the baffle, segregating it from the oil. The 50mm outlet on the right-hand side efficiently directs water for disposal.
