All enquiries are handled by email so that we have a clear written record of every conversation, which supports our complaints, abuse and data-protection obligations as a Nominet self-managed registrar. Email is monitored Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time, with a target acknowledgement within two working days.

We hold our own Nominet IPS tag, MIXUK, as a self-managed registrar. Domain transfers to a buyer's chosen registrar complete by tag change at no additional cost.
