Can I cancel my order?
We aim to process your order and pass it on to the supplier as soon as we receive it so that you get it by the delivery date provided.
If your order is yet to be processed with our supplier/s then we should be able to cancel it for you.
If it's at the picking stage or delivery has already been arranged then it may be too late to cancel. We will try to cancel it for you and confirm if this has been successful or not.
If it is too late to cancel your order pre-delivery, please refuse delivery (send back to sender) or follow our Returns Process. You have 14 days after you receive your order to cancel.
