Can I change the delivery address for my order?
We process orders as soon as possible after payment. If your order has already been passed on to the supplier it may be too late in some cases to change the address, but we will try. If your order is yet to be processed by us, we should be able to amend the address on the order only for a short period of time after it's been placed.
We send an order confirmation containing the billing/shipping address and order contents to the email address you enter on checkout, please check the details in that email are correct. If you have noticed an error in the delivery address, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible from the email address the order was placed. For security, please confirm the order number, your name, billing address and an item from the order. Please also include the full address to which you wish to change the delivery to.
We are not liable for orders being delivered to the wrong address. It's important that you check the delivery address before placing an order with us. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
