If you want to start the return process, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. (Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery). 

Depending on the reason for the return, you will be informed if your item/order will be collected or if you have to send it back yourself. If the option of collection is available and it's chargeable, this will be deducted from your refund amount. If your item is to be returned by you, the address will be provided by our customer service team. You, the customer will have to arrange a courier, obtain tracking and relevant insurance, and pay for your return. (The cost of the return that you pay will not be reimbursed).
