How do I track my order?
When a supplier provides us with the tracking information for your order, we will send this to you via email. Tracking could take 24 hours to update on the courier's website.
Some suppliers may use couriers with standard delivery, which will not have tracking. The courier/service will be confirmed via the shipment email, (if we are provided with this information).
Please note that large items/pallet deliveries may not have tracking, the courier may only provide a delivery date and not a time. Depending on the courier service used, some drivers may call/send a notification on the day with an ETA, but this is not guaranteed. (These orders usually have a delivery date arranged directly with the customer).
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team and we will try to get a delivery update.
