Returns can be processed up to 28 days after receiving your order.

If you want to cancel (return) your order, you must inform us in writing that you wish to cancel your order and return the item/s. You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, you will then have another 14 days to return the goods. This is in line with the Distance Selling Act.

Without prior contact within 14 days of delivery, means that the return/cancellation request will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. If the return is not received by the 28th day of the delivery date then the refund/cancellation will be void. Please ensure that you send back your return promptly after notifying us of your cancellation.
