How will I know if my order is on the way?
We'll send you an email as soon as we've been informed that your order is on its way.
Tracking may not always be available and will vary depending on what you have ordered, larger items may not have tracking and the delivery date is usually arranged directly between you and the supplier/courier. Some suppliers dispatch orders using untracked services so we can only tell you your order is on the way. If you do receive a tracking number and it doesn't work, please allow 24 hours for it to register on the courier system.
If you have multiple items in your order by different suppliers then your order will be delivered over more than one delivery/by different couriers and potentially over several days. Please only contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed.
