I have received an item that's not part of my order, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that you've received the wrong item/item that was not part of your order, mixups are rare but they can occasionally happen, we will work with you to get this resolved.
Please send us photos via email to [email protected] with your order number and photos of the packaging showing any codes/product name and the product itself that you have received within 48 hours of delivery, our customer service team will look into this and advise of the next steps.
(If your item was from an assorted range we cannot request styles/designs/colours as these are picked at random. Manufacturers may occasionally change the packaging or the product, which may differ from photos slightly).
