I haven't received a confirmation email, has my order been accepted?

If you were shown an order confirmation page with an order number after payment then your order has gone through. If you encountered an error on the payment page then your order has unfortunately failed, please try placing it again. 

 

If you have not received a confirmation email within 2 hours of payment, then please check your spam/junk folder.

 

If no email has arrived after 2 hours then it could be because the email entered on checkout is incorrect. Please contact us from the email address you believe you placed the order from and confirm either the delivery postcode/name on the order/order number, we can then search our system for your order to confirm if it has been successful and resend the order confirmation email.
