Is your stock accurate?
We update our stock as frequently as the supplier updates us. The frequency at which we receive and update stock varies on a supplier-by-supplier basis. Updates can vary between a few minutes to a few days.
We add buffers to try and mitigate out-of-stock products, but we can't always avoid it, especially with quick-moving stock.
Cancelling orders is the last thing we want to do as we don't want to disappoint our customers, it is very rare that we have to cancel. If you do place an order for a product(s) that has gone out of stock, we will notify you and refund you as soon as we have been informed - this may take from a few minutes to a few days. If we have been informed of when stock is likely to be due back in, we will of course let you know. If stock is due back imminently, we will get in contact with you to ask if you wish to wait or cancel.
