My item has arrived damaged
We're sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged, we will try to put this right for you.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the damaged item/s and photos showing the damages. Include images of the whole item and closeups of any damages. If the item has part numbers/part labels, please state which parts are damaged.
(We cannot proceed with returns/replacements/refunds without photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery- late submissions may not be accepted).
If you would like a replacement, and the item is still in stock we can arrange this for you. Or if you would like a refund instead, we can also get this arranged, just let us know how you would like to proceed.
Our customer service team will advise on the next steps depending on the route you have chosen.
If the damaged item is being returned, please note that a refund will be processed within 10 working days of the item arriving back at the warehouse- this may take a few extra days from collection/sending the item(s) back.
