To get this resolved for you as quickly as possible, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the item and which part/s are missing. The part numbers/identifiers can be found in the manual that came with your product. For some products, we may have the manual on the product page for you to use as a reference.
Our customer service team will then liaise with the manufacturer/supplier regarding sending you the missing part/s, or replacing the product if necessary. Please note this can take up to 3 working days as they search their warehouse/make arrangements to dispatch the parts.
