Where is my order?

Your confirmation email will include the estimated delivery timeframe. It is counted in working days (Monday to Friday only and excludes public holidays). For more information, our delivery page can be viewed here.

 

Please only contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed by 2 working days and you haven't yet received a dispatch email/ no contact from the courier or supplier (for customer-arranged deliveries, this applies to certain suppliers only).

 

Before contacting us, please check the tracking details if you have been sent them to see any courier updates. (Sometimes the courier may require extra delivery information/ directions/ reschedule of delivery date).
