Your code may not work for a few reasons:

- Please check that the code you are trying to use is valid for the item/s you have in your basket.

- Make sure that you're not trying to use more than one code per transaction.

- The code you have entered has expired.

- If the code requires a minimum spend, please check this criteria has been met.

- You are not using a Mix approved discount code, (3rd party websites may provide you with an invalid code that will sadly not work on our website). If the discount code was not approved by us, was not sent to you directly from us and it's not on our website/social media then it cannot be applied.
